Meet Jim Jordan
Jim Jordan is the principal of 4 North Associates. 4 North Associates is a business consulting/development firm that partners with progressive companies which are facing business challenges that when resolved will lead to improved performance, results, and increased profits. Jim’s philosophy is that small business entrepreneurs often work too hard for too little return on their investment of time and money. Jim founded 4 North Associates in 2009 to provide process based solutions for all types of small businesses and nonprofits. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations and has developed excellent listening, analytical, and problem solving capabilities with proven abilities to make tough decisions and overcome complex business challenges. He has led the development of multiple strategic plans that provided the framework for the financial turnaround of key organizations and business divisions including FTD, Franklin Consulting, and the American Orchid Society. He has served on the Boards of the Palm Beach County Cultural Commission, BNI- Northville Chapter, Rotary International(Livonia), and the University of Notre Dame Sorin Society. Jim is a graduate of the Notre Dame with a degree in Finance. He and his wife, Lynne, have two grown children, Brian and Scott.
